Christmas Tree Sale posters

A few weeks ago I posted the set up for our first run of a wood type poster I designed and printed for my daughter's preschool's Christmas Tree Sale and fundraiser for the scholarship fund.

Here's what it looked like after the first run.

Seemed like a good idea to add some pertinent details.

And the final result.

 

If you live in or around Boston and put up a fresh tree or wreath for the holidays, consider heading over to Somerville and supporting the Agassiz kids.

Wood type fun

It's not often I have an opportunity to do a typesetting project, let alone the forethought (or during-thought) to actually photograph it in progress. But the stars aligned and here you can see the set up for the first run of several for a Christmas Tree Sale poster for my daughter's preschool.
