These fruits are called kabuso, a Japanese lemon-lime kind of hybrid which is making my mouth water. I don't know where I'd find one locally (probably at the Berkeley Bowl which is sadly 3000 miles away) but I'd love to try my favorite swordfish recipe with these bad boys.
